With extensive experience in both operations and management, she brings a well-rounded perspective to delivering quality flooring solutions. Kim takes pride in the teams she has been part of and the progress they have achieved together. Outside of work, she enjoys music, movies, and spending quality time with her family.

Justin has been a dedicated professional in the flooring industry since 2009. His journey began at Lowe’s, where he gained hands-on experience and steadily advanced through various roles. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge in flooring materials, installation management, and customer service, ensuring homeowners find the perfect solutions for their spaces. Beyond his career, Justin is passionate about video gaming and soccer, enjoying both in his free time. However, his greatest joy comes from being a devoted father to his four amazing children, who inspire him every day. His commitment to excellence—both professionally and personally—drives his dedication to delivering top-tier service and transforming homes with quality flooring solutions.

Missy was born and raised in the Bay Area, and now resides in Stockton, California. Missy has been in the flooring industry for since 2016, gaining a vast amount of knowledge which helps ensure that our customers are taken care of from start to finish. Missy has nearly two decades of customer service experience which she uses every day to provide excellent service, quality follow up, and a great customer experience. When she is not at work she is enjoying her free time with a good book, time with her kids and family, or at outdoor festivals and parks.
