David brings over 25 years of experience in tile and natural stone installation to Keller, where he has developed a genuine passion for flooring and design. He takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service, consistently striving to exceed client expectations. Known for his strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, David ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards. Born and raised in downtown Phoenix, David offers a local perspective and a strong commitment to each job. His professional background includes contributing to high-profile TV shows such as Military Makeover and The Vanilla Ice Project, where he applied his expertise to create remarkable transformations. In addition to his flooring experience, David has a unique background in sports, having pitched for the San Diego Padres and briefly for the Los Angeles Angels in Minor League Baseball. This experience has instilled in him a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, qualities that he brings to his work every day.

I was raised on a horse farm in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, in 1993, where I have since established my roots. With 18 years of experience in the home improvement industry, I have developed a strong expertise in delivering high-quality solutions for homeowners. My career includes 11 years as an Installation Manager, followed by a role as Contract and Office Manager. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences by addressing their needs and offering effective solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, and cherishing moments with my pets.

Frank Hernandez, originally from Huntington Beach, California, now resides in Surprise, Arizona. With a 33-year career at Home Depot, he worked his way up from Lot Attendant to Regional Manager of Merchandising, overseeing multiple states and territories. He later held leadership roles at Lowe’s Home Improvement and Empire Today. Outside of work, Frank enjoys hiking, golf, beach vacations, and cars, with a special love for Mexican and Italian cuisine. His favorite getaway is the stunning Turks and Caicos.

Ricardo Ocana was born and raised in Guatemala City, Central America, where he attended school before moving to California in his early 20s. There, he pursued further education, earned his high school diploma, attended college and trade school, and achieved his dream of becoming a U.S. citizen. Later, he and his wife moved to Arizona to build a better future for their family. Today, they are proud parents of two accomplished children and grandparents to three, along with their beloved Frenchie. With a background in warehouse operations, Ricardo transitioned into the flooring industry a decade ago, starting as an installer’s assistant. His dedication and skills led him to master the trade and eventually start his own company, Karma Flooring. Fluent in English and Spanish, Ricardo excels in communication with installers, clients, and staff. A certified forklift operator with additional training in computer workshops, he is known for his straightforward, honest, and responsible work ethic. His easygoing nature and commitment to getting the job done make him a valuable asset to the Keller Interiors team.
