Holly Laudermilt
Holly has over 10 years of experience in the installation industry. She joined Keller in 2018 as an office coordinator and has progressively advanced to the position of installation manager in recent years. Holly is passionate about delivering the best possible experience to customers. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and spending quality time with her family and her dog, Jackson.

Melissa Pompa
Melissa brings 13 years of industry expertise in home improvement, including extensive experience with one of the largest brick-and-mortar chains. Over the past 7 years at Keller, she has served as Installation Manager, managing both customer relations and store partnerships across the Miami to Port Saint Lucie region. With a strong foundation in customer service and flooring, Melissa is exceptionally equipped for her new role as Operations Support Manager, East Coast, where she consistently strives to exceed client expectations. Outside of work, Melissa values quality time with her husband and son, and is a passionate advocate for the SUDC Foundation, a cause that holds profound personal meaning.

Steve Reid
Steve is the Installation Manager for Keller Interiors in the South Florida market. He has been in and around the flooring industry in some capacity for over 22 years. Starting in the Athletic Surfacing/Specialty Flooring arena, he began as an installer of basketball court flooring systems and gradually supervising the installations of several crews throughout the State Of Florida. He has vast experience in the installations of all flooring materials including tile, marble, carpet, wood & laminate and holds several certifications from many accredited flooring associations.
