Paul began his career in the flooring industry in the late 1990s in Greenville, South Carolina. Over the years, he gained valuable experience working with various companies before being recruited by Lowe's in 2002. With his extensive product knowledge and expertise in installation, Paul started as a Flooring Specialist and spent the next two decades contributing to eight different locations across South Carolina and Nevada. Throughout his career at Lowe's, Paul held senior leadership roles, where he focused on recruiting and developing talent to drive the installation program. In 2022, Paul transitioned to the vendor side of the business, continuing his long-standing relationship with Lowe's. He is passionate about teaching, training, and empowering others to reach their full potential, firmly believing that "knowledge is power." Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his family.
